Many organizations claim they want to be more inclusive, however, their policies may unintentionally exclude talent that is neurodiverse. Our MISSION is to help you create a work culture that prioritizes different ways of thinking and acceptance of people from all walks of life. We VALUE individuals with unique talents, perspectives, and skills that can be distinctly beneficial in the workplace.
Neurodiversity refers to the natural range of differences in human brain function, which refers to alternative thinking styles, such as dyslexia, autism, ADHD, and dyspraxia.
Dr. Harris spent over 30 years in training & development and talent management; she received her doctorate in educational leadership & management and her MBA in human resource management. Her passion for learning motivates her to be an advocate for education as she continues to work as an online adjunct professor for Rasmussen College.
Diagnosed as being on the autism spectrum (Asperger’s Syndrome) late in her career was a defining moment that changed her life. As a result, she became a certified neurodiversity professional and self-advocate. She provides consulting services to help organizations improve their talent management process by attracting and increasing the tenure of current and future neurodivergent employees.
Our training and consulting services provide you with the tools to help you understand the advantages of neurodiversity, how your organization can attract neurodiverse talent, and examine how to support employees with a neurodiverse condition effectively.
